About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, shop SIPS merch, join our email list or book SIPS for an event. "SIPS", "we", "us" and "our" mean SIPS Matcha. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Using our site
Please use the site for its intended purpose. Don't try to break it, misuse it, copy it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your account
You can shop as a guest or sign in with your email. Sign-in is handled by Shopify with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure, since anyone with it can sign in to your account.
Orders + pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may cancel an order (and refund you in full) if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong because of an error, or we suspect fraud.
Made-to-order merch
Our merch is made to order by a production partner. Colors can look slightly different on screen than in real life. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
Drinks + ingredients
Our drinks contain caffeine and may contain milk or other allergens. If you have an allergy or dietary need, ask us about ingredients before you order.
Pop‑ups + bookings
Sending a booking request doesn't reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only once we've agreed on the details with you in writing. Pop‑up dates and menus can change.
Emails
If you join our list, we'll email you about pop‑ups, drops and SIPS news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Our stuff
The SIPS name, logo, photos, designs and content on this site belong to SIPS. Please don't use them without our permission. Sharing and tagging us on social is always welcome.
Other services
Our site relies on other services, like Shopify for checkout and accounts. Their own terms apply when you use them. Links to other sites (like Instagram) are there for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content.
Disclaimers + liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, SIPS isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
