What we collect
- Email list. Your email address when you join our list.
- Forms. What you send through our booking or contact forms, such as your name, email, phone number and message.
- Orders. When you buy merch, Shopify collects your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
- Account. If you sign in, Shopify confirms your email with a one-time code. We don't store passwords.
- Technical info. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs basic information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
- To send you pop‑up dates, drops and news if you joined our list.
- To reply to your booking request or message.
- To make, ship and support your orders.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Cookies + local storage
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage that the site needs to work: to remember what's in your bag, to keep you signed in, and to remember that you've entered the preview password. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run SIPS, and only for that purpose:
- Shopify for checkout, payments, orders and accounts.
- Our print partner to make and ship your merch.
- Vercel to host this website.
- Neon to store our email list and form messages.
- Resend to send our emails.
- Google Fonts to load the fonts on this site.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Emails + unsubscribing
You'll only get marketing emails from us if you joined our list or opted in at checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any email or by contacting us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires (for example, order records for tax purposes). If you ask us to delete your information, we will unless we need to keep it by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Just contact us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we'll honor them.
Security
We use trusted providers and secure connections (HTTPS) to protect your information. No website can be 100% secure, but we take it seriously.
Kids
Our site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
